Koizumi unable to name noncombat zones in Iraq
TOKYO, Japan - Prime Minister Junichiro Koizumi (R) responds to questions from Naoto Kan (L), leader of the major opposition Democratic Party of Japan, in a face-to-face debate in the Diet on July 23. Koizumi admitted he could not name any place in Iraq that can be defined as a noncomb on July 23.
