Cenotaph for U.S. writer Cousins unveiled in Hiroshima
HIROSHIMA, Japan - A memorial cenotaph for U.S. writer Norman Cousins, who helped atom-bombed Japanese, is unveiled at a site adjacent to the Peace Memorial Park in Hiroshima on Aug. 2. His daughter Andrea and other relatives attended the unveiling ceremony for the cenotaph, which was completed with the help of doctors in the city and contributions from citizens.
