Koizimi upholds three nonnuclear principles
NAGASAKI, Japan - Prime Minister Junichiro Koizumi speaks to reporters in Nagasaki on Aug. 9 after attending ceremonies commemorating the 58th anniversary of the 1945 U.S. atomic bombing of the city.
