Fukui supports FSA pressure on 15 banks to improve earnings

TOKYO, Japan - Bank of Japan (BOJ) Governor Toshihiko Fukui fields questions from reporters at the bank headquarters in Tokyo on Aug. 12. He voiced support for the Financial Services Agency's recent move to order 15 banks that have received public funds to improve earnings.
