Chunichi presents Ochiai as new skipper

NAGOYA, Japan - Baseball commentator Hiromitsu Ochiai speaks to reporters in Nagoya Oct. 8 after being appointed manager of the Chunichi Dragons. Before ending his playing career in 1998, Ochiai received the triple crown three times.
