Int'l hot-air balloon festival opens in Saga

SAGA, Japan - A host of hot-air balloons takes to the sky on the opening day of a five-day international balloon festival in Saga, southwestern Japan, on Oct. 30. About 110 balloons from 15 countries and regions are taking part in the festival.
