BOJ draws upbeat forecast, but says deflation to continue
TOKYO, Japan - Bank of Japan (BOJ) Governor Toshihiko Fukui speaks at a news conference at the end of a Policy Board meeting on Oct. 31. The central bank's policy-setting panel sharply revised upward its projections of growth in the nation's economy for the fiscal year, while forecasting that mild deflation will continue.
