Rhodes to leave Kintetsu Buffaloes

OSAKA, Japan - Tuffy Rhodes (file photo) will not re-sign with the Kintetsu Buffaloes for a ninth year, the Pacific League club said Nov. 10. The two sides failed to reach an agreement on a new contract.
