Mizuho Financial Group posts interim group net profit

TOKYO, Japan - Mizuho Financial Group Inc. President Terunobu Maeda announces his group's earnings results for the first half of fiscal 2003 at a news conference in Tokyo on Nov. 25. The banking group chalked up a consolidated net profit of 255.40 billion yen on group operating revenues of 1,743.17 billion yen.
