TOKYO, Japan - Struggling Japanese retailer Daiei Inc. signed a basic agreement Dec. 2 to sell its Fukuoka Dome baseball stadium (R, file photo) and the adjacent Sea Hawk Hotel and Resort (L) to U.S. investment fund Colony Capital LLC.
