NEMA, Mauritania - Dakar Rally organizers announce Jan. 9 the cancellation of both the 10th Nema-Mopti stage in Mauritania on Jan. 10 and the 11th stage on Jan. 11 from Mopti to Bobo Dioulasso in Burkina Faso amid security fears after reports of armed gangs awaiting drivers.
