DPJ's Koga leaves for U.S. to settle college-degree dispute
NARITA, Japan - Democratic Party of Japan (DPJ) lawmaker Junichiro Koga responds to questions from reporters at Narita airport Jan. 21 before leaving for the United States to settle a dispute over his college degree. The House of Representatives gave Koga permission to skip Diet business for the trip.
