NEC to launch credit-card shaped mobile phone in China

TOKYO, Japan - NEC Corp. said Feb. 3 it has developed a mobile phone (shown) which has the same shape as a credit card and will launch the product later this month in China. The mobile phone, which is 85 millimeters by 54 mm and 8.6 mm thick, comes with a built-in digital camera, an earphone and a tiny microphone.
