IMF chief gives nod to Japan's currency intervention policy
TOKYO, Japan - International Monetary Fund (IMF) Managing Director Horst Koehler speaks to reporters at a Tokyo hotel on Feb. 25 wrapping up a two-day visit to Japan. Koehler voiced understanding over Japan's currency intervention policy, saying it helps tackle deflation when the government has limited policy options.
