Gov't starts capturing wild birds to check flu infection route
KYOTO, Japan - Researchers under the sponsorship of the Environment Ministry and the Kyoto prefectural government started capturing wild birds March 6 in Tamba, Kyoto Prefecture, as part of efforts to determine the infection route of a bird flu outbreak in the town in late February.
