SAMAWAH, Iraq - Braving the scorching sun, Salman Dahil, a 35-year-old former taxi driver and father of six children, stands outside the camp pf the Japanese Ground-Self Defense Force troops stationed in the southern Iraqi city of Samawah on March 17, seeking a job.
