Boy dies after being stuck in revolving door in Tokyo

TOKYO, Japan - Police officers examine a revolving door at the front entrance on the second floor of a high-rise tower in Tokyo's Roppongi Hills complex on March 26 where Ryo Mizokawa, 6, died after getting his head trapped. Mizokawa became trapped as he rushed into the revolving door to follow his mother.
