SAMAWAH, Iraq - A Japanese Ground Self-Defense Force's vehicle is forced to stop in front of the office of the U.S.-led Coalition Provisional Authority (CPA) in the southern Iraqi city of Samawah on April 1 because of a rally by about 150 Iraqi Shiites who oppose CPA-promoted campaigns to expand women's rights.
