Japan, Europe may reach tie-up accord on rocket launch by yearend
TOKYO, Japan - Jean-Yves Le Gall, chief executive officer of European satellite launch consortium Arianespace, speaks at a news conference in Tokyo on April 20. Le Gall said the Japanese government and the European Space Agency (ESA) may reach an agreement by the end of this year to mutually support the launch of their major rockets.
