NTT DoCoMo unveils smallest Net cellphone

TOKYO, Japan - NTT DoCoMo Inc. on May 11 unveiled the world's smallest Internet cellphone. The 1.9 centimeter-thick Premini is 9 cm long and 3.9 cm wide. The handset will hit store shelves in summer.
