Japan aid agency not to provide aid to Iraq at this point
OSAKA, Japan - Sadako Ogata, president of the Japan International Cooperation Agency, said May 26 in Osaka that the government's aid disbursement body, at this point, is not considering providing assistance to Iraq due to deteriorating security there.
