S. Korea announces plan to send thousands more troops to Iraq
SEOUL, South Korea - Using a map of Iraq, South Korean Defense Ministry spokesman Nam Dae Yon briefs reporters on the government decision June 18 to send an additional 3,000 troops to war-devastated Iraq to support reconstruction activities being carried out there by the U.S.-led coalition.
