4 die in car-van collision in Fukushima Pref.
FUKUSHIMA, Japan -A damaged car and a van lie on the hard shoulder of the Banetsu Expressway in Iwaki, Fukushima Prefecture, on July 27 after a collision, in which four people in the passenger car died. The car is believed to have crossed into the opposite lane and hit the van, police said.
