BEIJING, China - Akitaka Saiki, deputy director general of the Japanese Foreign Ministry's Asian and Oceanian Affairs Bureau, leaves his hotel in Beijing on Aug. 11 to represent Japan at a two-day working-level meeting with North Korea on 10 Japanese who the Tokyo government says were abducted by North Korea.
