Japan loses to Australia in baseball semis

ATHENS, Greece - Japan pitcher Daisuke Matsuzaka (2nd from R) leaves the mount in the eighth inning of the semifinal against Australia at Olympic Baseball Center on Aug. 24. Japan lost to Australia 1-0 and play the loser of the other semifinal between Cuba and Canada in the bronze medal match on Aug. 25.
