NHK's Ebisawa apologizes for series of scandals
TOKYO, Japan - Katsuji Ebisawa, president of Japan Broadcasting Corp. (NHK), apologizes at a session of the House of Representatives Committee on Public Management, Home Affairs, Posts and Telecommunications on Sept. 9 for a series of scandals embroiling the corporation, including alleged embezzlement by a former chief producer.
