N. Korea willing to let foreign diplomats visit blast site
BEIJING, China - British Foreign Office Minister Bill Rammell speaks to reporters at Beijing Capital International Airport on Sept. 14 on his way back to Britain from Pyongyang. Rammel said North Korea is willing to let diplomats visit the site of a mysterious blast which sent a huge mushroom cloud into the air over Kim Hyung Jik County near the Chinese border Sept. 9.
