2 Iraqi children released from Tokyo hospital after surgery
TOKYO, Japan - Two Iraqi children -- Hawkar Muhamed Abdul Qadir (C) and Madeena Mahmood Ahmed -- are given a present and flowers by staff members at Juntendo Hospital in Tokyo on Sept. 17 as they leave there following successful surgery. The two arrived in Japan from Iraq in late August to undergo surgery for congenital heart disease at the invitation of the NGO, Peace Wins Japan.
