High oil prices may become symbol of uncertainty: Ustumi
TOKYO, Japan - Makoto Utsumi, president of Japan Credit Rating Agency Ltd., speaks in an interview with Kyodo News ahead of the Oct. 1 meeting of the Group of Seven nations in Washington. Utsmi, former vice finance minister for international affairs, said high oil prices may become ''a symbol of uncertainty'' in the global economy if they fail to retreat from current near record-high levels.
