Mitsukoshi chief speaks on closing 10 retail outlets

TOKYO, Japan - Taneo Nakamura, president of struggling department store chain operator Mitsukoshi Ltd., speaks at a news conference in Tokyo about the company's decision to close 10 retail outlets across Japan, including three large outlets in the cities of Yokohama, Osaka and Kurashiki, in the first half of 2005 under its ongoing restructuring program.
