Japan plans to urge N. Korea to return to 6-way talks by year-end

SEOUL, South Korea - Japanese Foreign Minister Nobutaka Machimura (L) poses with South Korean President Roh Moo Hyun prior to their talks at the Blue House presidential palace in Seoul on Nov. 6.
