NHK union to demand resignation of Ebisawa as president
TOKYO, Japan - Naomi Okamoto, secretary general of the labor union of Japan Broadcasting Corp. (NHK), tells reporters in Tokyo on Nov. 9 that the union will demand Katsuji Ebisawa resign as NHK president to take responsibility for his handling of a series of embezzlement scandals at the public broadcaster.
