Cities launch E. Asia economic exchange forum

KITAKYUSHU, Japan - Representatives from 10 cities in Japan, China and South Korea sign a document to set up the Organization for East Asia Economic Development Conference in Kitakyushu on Nov. 16. The 10 cities are Kitakyushu and Fukuoka in Fukuoka Prefecture, Shimonoseki in Yamaguchi Prefecture, the Chinese cities of Dalian, Qingdao, Tianjin and Yantai and the South Korean cities of Busan, Incheon and Ulsan.
