TOKYO, Japan - Shigeru Yokota, whose daughter Megumi Yokota was abducted to North Korea in 1977, and his wife Sakie come out of the Cabinet Office on Dec. 8 following a government announcement that DNA analysis showed the remains handed by the North are not those of Megumi.
