Japan promises $40 mil. more to help tsunami victims
MANILA, Philippines - Japanese Finance Minister Sadakazu Tanigaki speaks at the Asian Development Bank in Manila on Jan. 11. He said that Japan has decided to provide an additional $40 million to help the victims of the Dec. 26 earthquake-triggered tsunami that has killed more than 150,000 people in southern Asia.
