Thai man claims Japanese police framed him for gun smuggling

BANGKOK, Thailand - Sadayut Klin Op, who served nearly 10 years in prison for smuggling guns into Japan, speaks to reporters in Bangkok on Jan. 30 about his plan to file a damages suit with Japan's Kobe District Court, claiming that he was framed by the police.
