TOKONAME, Japan - Planes are lined up at Chubu Centrair International Airport in Tokoname, Aichi Prefecture, on Feb. 5, the opening day of a two-day preview of the airport's facilities for 32,000 guests and people chosen through a lottery before its official opening on Feb. 17.
