S. Korea's Roh urges Japan to be 'candid about the past'
SEOUL, South Korea - South Korean President Roh Moo Hyun (front) makes a speech at the National Assembly on Feb. 25. In the speech marking the second anniversary of his inauguration, Roh indirectly criticized Japan for not fully acknowledging the past wrongdoings, saying Japan should look squarely into history and move toward the future.
