MANILA, Philippines - About 30 Philippine women forced into prostitution by the Japanese military during World War II and their families hold a rally near the Malacanang presidential palace in Manila on Feb. 28, urging President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo to take up their cause and ask Japan for an official apology.
