Oval Ferris wheel to open in Osaka

OSAKA, Japan - An oval Ferris wheel will begin operations in Osaka, western Japan, on March 17. The 77.4-meter-high Ferris wheel, launched by a major discount store chain, Don Quijote Co., will take around 15 minutes to go around.
