SEOUL, South Korea - South Koreans take to the streets in protest March 15, one day before Japan's Shimane Prefectural Assembly is expected to pass a bill to designate Feb. 22 ''Takeshima Day.'' The island, called Tokto in Korean, is claimed by both countries.
