G-4 confers UNSC reform draft with China, Asian bloc
NEW YORK, United States - Japan, Germany, Brazil and India touted their proposed resolution to expand the U.N. Security Council on May 18 in New York to diplomats from Asia and the Middle East to promote their campaign to become permanent members at an expanded Security Council.
