Private sector to handle parking violations next year

TOKYO, Japan - Representatives from some 500 companies and public corporations enter a building in the Kudan district of Tokyo's Chiyoda Ward on April 5, where the Tokyo Metropolitan Police Department holds a briefing on its new policy to crack down on parking violations.
