TOKYO, Japan - Five Supreme Court First Petty Bench justices are seated on May 30 to rule on a lower court decision on the government's 1983 approval to build the Monju experimental fast-breeder nuclear reactor in Tsuruga, Fukui Prefecture. The top court ruled that the government approval was valid.
