Zico to quit coaching Japan national team after World Cup
RIO DE JANEIRO, Brazil - Brazilian coach Zico (file photo) has revealed plans to resign as head coach of Japan's national team after the 2006 World Cup finals in Germany. Zico, resting in his hometown in Rio de Janeiro, spoke with reporters July 2 for an Internet edition of a local TV sports program about his future plans.
