Iraqi boy arrives in Japan for medical checkup
TOKYO, Japan - Mohamad Haythan Saleh, an 11-year-old Iraqi boy whose left eye was injured in fighting in Fallujah, arrives at Tokyo's Haneda airport on July 7 for his third visit for a medical checkup. During his stay in Japan until July 23, Mohamad will see doctors for vision correction at a hospital in Numazu, Shizuoka Prefecture, and visit the World Exposition in Aichi Prefecture.
