Hiroshima to urge U.N. to set up nuke disarmament panel

HIROSHIMA, Japan - Hiroshima Mayor Tadatoshi Akiba (R) outlines the Peace Declaration to reporters at the Hiroshima city government office on Aug. 3. Akiba will deliver the declaration on Aug. 6 at a ceremony marking the 60th anniversary of the U.S. atomic bombing of the city.
