TAIPEI, Taiwan - Ma Ying-jeou, chairman of Taiwan's main opposition Nationalist Party (KMT), speaks in an interview with Kyodo News in Taipei on Sept. 2. Ma, 55, took over the leadership of the 1-million-strong KMT on Aug. 19.
