Court rules JNR unfair to union members against privatization
TOKYO, Japan - Plaintiffs, who are members of the National Railway Workers Union, head for the Tokyo District Court Sept. 15. The court ruled that now-defunct Japanese National Railways discriminated against employees belonging to the labor union that had opposed JNR privatization.
