Nikkei stock index finishes above 13,000 for 1st time in more than 4 yrs

TOKYO, Japan - An electronic board in Tokyo's Nihonbashi district shows the key Nikkei stock index rising above the 13,000 line on the morning of Sept. 20. The index finished the day above 13,000 for the first time in more than four years on continuing optimism over the Japanese economy.
